Tried out this Program on the CE and found the following:

Gameplay closeness to the original (4/5): This game contains most of the rules that UNO contains, however is missing 2 of the more important rules: UNO call, the most iconic part of UNO is missing where you have to call an UNO or risk drawing two cards is missing; Draw four challenge, it is impossible in this game to challenge an 'illegal' draw four as in all of the UNO games that I have played, this would not be so much of a problem except that the 'bluffing' rule is allowed.

User friendliness (2/5): This game is not very user friendly, it is missing many of the essential parts that make UNO closer to a game of skill: Rotation knowledge, it is impossible to tell the current rotation of play; Current AI player; lacks knowledge of which AI went making it difficult to discern what is going on; Plays: does not give a log of what has been played, reducing the ability to card count even further.

Resource Use (3/5): This game effectively uses it's resources on the AI and card ID system but takes a severe penalty as it could just as easily implemented the grievances talked about in user friendliness. Could of received bonus points for using the send/getcalc( functions for an over the USB calculator pair to limit cheating from individuals who are interested in that sort of thing.
